War of the Worlds is a ground breaking collaboration between three regional theatre companies
Young ensembles from Arena Theatre Company in Bendigo, Riverland Youth Theatre in Whyalla, and D’Faces Youth Arts in Renmark are . Bendigo, Renmark, and Whyalla will simultaneously perform a new version of War of the Worlds to a local audience.
Scenes from each town's performance will be live-streamed to the surviving young people in each town, as they share information and work together to survive the alien invasion.
Playwright Fleur Kilpatrick will create a tailored scripts for each town, combining local and streamed scenes to bring this unique production to life.
